Built DSA's full brand identity, voice, and market positioning from zero, establishing credibility with members including Seagate, Intel, and Western Digital.
I bring structure to complexity.
It starts with a program under pressure. Milestones missed, stakeholders misaligned, competing objectives pulling teams in opposite directions. That is not a crisis. That is the work. And after eight years navigating exactly those environments, first in the U.S. Air Force, then in energy grid restoration, then managing $350M+ in federal FEMA grants, I have learned something: complexity does not defeat good structure. It demands it.
